How to make it? Easy. Just boiling the young jackfruit then slice it to be small pieces. Nix it with spicy scraped coconut. Yummy, ready to be served.

Dont be confused with Gudeg, traditional food from Yogyakarta. Gudeg is made by bolied youhng jackfruit, but it is not sliced. Also, dont be trapeed with Urap-urap from East Jave. This traditional food is made by mix vegetables & spicy scraped coconut only.
